Improve flexibility, build more strength, and relieve tension – connecting our movements with our breath in a deeply conscious way, which encourages mindful engagement and awareness.  Studies have shown that slow movement with awareness can help with chronic pain, arthritis, depression, and anxiousness.

This class is perfect for anyone who wishes to deepen their practice and knowledge of asana (pose) alignment, which allows us to grow our ability to experience the poses to their full expression. At the end of class, experience a powerful calm, and clear state.

This 75-minute option is offered on select Saturdays in Fall 2024 and in the small studio space, unheated class. Beginner Friendly.
