Join us for a 4-part series on deep flexibility in yoga. Improve your strength and flexibility safely to master challenging poses like splits, king pigeon, and king cobra. Each session includes warm-ups, active and passive stretching, breath control, and core engagement. Receive feedback and support from the teacher and fellow participants.

Are you a runner, cyclist, or athlete of another sport? This workshop is perfect for you! Join Jessica on Saturday, September 9th from 9-10:45 am for a fluid, dynamic practice that will help lengthen muscle groups that tend to be overworked in running, followed by strengthening practices that help stabilize the areas that are often weak in runners.
Open to athletes and yoga practitioners of all levels – prior yoga experience is not required!

You don’t need to worry about the oysters staying fresh for Christmas because as long as they stay refrigerated they can easily last for 10 days or more. The oysters are in a dormant stage so just be sure not to let them soak in water.
