With dedication, you'll witness an incredible transformation in your ability to move through the sequence with ease and confidence.
Join Trisha for a 60-minute Yoga Sculpt class which combines traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training using light hand weights.
This workout will review the basics of both of these disciplines and how they can be used together to bring strength building to your yoga practice. Yoga Sculpt is designed to leave you feeling stronger, refreshed, and uplifted while toning muscles and creating a full body workout. The room will be gently heated to a comfortable 82 degrees.

Join Felix for Hot 26 Yoga, a steady-paced set sequence of 26 traditional postures derived from the traditional Hot Yoga series.
