Utilizes the practice of Japanese stress reduction and healing techniques. It is a noninvasive practice which channels universal energy to stimulate the body’s ability to calm, balance, and heal itself. It involves a practitioner placing hands on the body in various positions, but it can also be performed completely hands-off.

Utilizes aromatic essential oils and natural plant-based technology to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. This holistic healing treatment enhances both physical and emotional health.
