Information on degree of difficulty and recommended experience levels is listed at the end of each class description.
Class Descriptions
Candlelight Hot 26 Yoga is a steady-paced set sequence of 26 traditional postures derived from the traditional Hot Yoga series and the practice room is illuminated with LED candles to create a calming atmosphere. The room is heated to help warm the muscles, soothe tendons and joints, and flush toxins from the body through heavy sweating.
This class is designed to improve balance, strength, and flexibility. The class is open to all levels of experience, but first-timers may want to take it easy as you learn to acclimate to the rigor of exercising in a heated room.
This gently flowing, 60 minute yoga class gathers in our beautiful candlelit room with soothing and lively music designed to help you relax and renew, concluding your weekend in ways that are calming and invigorating. It offers both a peaceful landing and a refreshing beginning.
Students will be guided through a slow-paced series of gentle poses and rejuvenating stretches that will make space for your mind and body to naturally deepen, soften and open. With emphasis on harmony, attunement and nonjudgmental moderation, the class will conclude with some moments of peaceful meditation, giving you permission to breath and be.
This class is appropriate for students at any level, from experienced yogis to new and curious ones.
Come join this exhilarating Flow and Flight Yoga class that blends the fluidity of Vinyasa flow with the dynamic and freedom of flight. This class is designed to build strength, flexibility, and confidence as you explore the art of arm balances and inversions. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this session offers modifications and progressions to suit all levels.
We’ll begin with a dynamic Vinyasa flow to warm up the body, syncing breath with movement, and preparing the mind for focus. As we progress, you’ll be guided through a series of playful yet challenging poses that lift you off the ground, including crow pose, headstands, and other empowering arm balances. The class encourages you to find your edge, embrace the journey, and soar with grace.

Flow & Restore is a unique style of practice that offers both vinyasa and restorative elements. The first portion of this class is an all-levels flow connecting breath with movement, allowing the body and muscles to warm and release tension. The vinyasa portion of the class will stretch and strengthen your body helping to increase flexibility while boosting energy levels.
The remainder of class will move to the ground and shift to a restorative style of practice using props as necessary to support the body and facilitate deep relaxation. Expect a balanced, thoughtful practice designed to relieve stress and encourage inner reflection.
This is an all-level flow class but some prior yoga experience is recommended.
Gentle yoga features a focus on slow, steady movements and conscious breathing designed to improve body awareness and range of motion. While the intensity may be lower, the focus and commitment are high. This form of yoga helps increase mobility and flexibility in a slow well-rounded approach.
Students can expect to move through a gentle series of standing and seated poses designed to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. These movements will help warm the body and release tension and leave you feeling peaceful, open and relaxed.
This is a beginner-friendly class and is appropriate for all experience levels.

Then experience a longer savasana where quartz crystal singing bowls and other instruments (chimes, hand pan drum, etc.) are played.
This is a beginner-friendly class and is appropriate for all experience levels.
Hatha Fusion builds on the principles of Hatha Yoga while weaving in a concessional optional vinyasa flow. Hatha is an ancient and powerful discipline for cultivating physical, mental, and spiritual health.
In a Hatha practice, poses are held for longer amounts of time to find alignment and depth, building both physical and mental strength. This practice will offer progressive techniques of breath, posture, and movement to help cleanse, stretch, and strengthen the body as well as focus and calm the mind. A deeper experience of the self becomes possible through this practice.
The practice room will be a cozy 78-80 degrees. Open to all levels.
Hatha Yoga is a slow but steady-paced practice of a series of classic yoga postures held for 5+ breaths. Students will be guided through a series of standing and seated poses, as well as, core work designed to access the deep front line and strengthen abdominals. Poses are held for longer stretches of time, giving your body the time and space needed to adjust alignment, open up and find a calm steady breath.
This class is open to students of all levels and modifications will be offered to accommodate individual practices and preferences.
Hatha Yoga is a slow but steady-paced practice of a series of foundational yoga postures held for 5+ breaths. Students will be guided through a series of standing and seated poses, as well as, foundational movements designed to access the deep front line and strengthen abdominals. Poses are held for longer stretches of time, giving your body the time and space needed to adjust alignment, open up and find a calm steady breath.
This class is open to students of all levels and modifications will be offered to accommodate individual practices and preferences.
This class is designed to be a mixed style practice which blends the Hot 26 series with traditional types of non-heated yoga. By taking the the foundations of hot yoga and adding elements of Vinyasa and other yoga styles, we have created a class that is truly the best of both worlds.
In addition to the standard hot pose sequence, this class will include sun salutations with optional chaturanga flows, and will incorporate creative sequences to add variety to each class. You can expect a well-balanced class that focuses on alignment as you move through a series of thoughtfully planned standing and seated postures intended to build strength and flexibility, while also connecting movement to breath.
This class is open to all students but prior experience with hot yoga is recommended.

A perfect class for those looking to find relief from stress, tension, and tightness in the body while also building strength and flexibility. It is a slow-moving and gentle practice that is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners, making it a great option for beginners or those who are recovering from injury.
Hot Yoga Flow is a dynamic vinyasa style class practiced in a heated room to help warm the muscle and increase flexibility. This class differs from the hot 26 series of poses in that it incorporates flows to links poses through breath and movement. Students will be lead through standing poses, backbends, twists, and forward folds for an athletic and transformative practice.
Modifications will be offered to accommodate individual practices. Prior experience is not required but familiarity with vinyasa style and heated classes is recommended.
Mindful Yoga Flow is a gentle and reflective flow with a strong focus connecting breath and movement to stay present and centered. Students can expect a slow and accessible flow of alignment-focused poses designed to increase mobility and overall range of motion.
Energetically this class is designed to slow things down and move with intention while listening to your body. Accessing your mindful nature during practice will help you enjoy the more subtle benefits of yoga felt off the mat such as improved focus, calm, peacefulness, clarity and quality of sleep.
This class is open to all levels of experience and modifications will be offered to accommodate individual practices.
Power Flow is a stronger practice that encourages students to engage more fully in the body as a tool to get out of their head. It has a physical focus, working on stamina, strength, flexibility and endurance. In classic Vinyasa Style you will be encouraged to move the body in sync with the breath focusing on creating fluid and smooth movements.
Students can expect advanced poses as seen in Ashtanga linage, as well as classic vinyasa-style sequencing for a strong, balanced practice that will leave you feeling energized for your day.
Yoga experience is necessary, this is an intermediate level class.
Restorative Yin Yoga is a slow, relaxing practice that combines restorative yoga postures with quiet Yin style poses for a deeply nourishing experience. The style of this class is influenced by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and focuses on improving the flow of life force/prana/ or chi, and bringing the yin and yang energies into balance.
In this class you will be guided into gentle seated or reclined postures using the support of bolsters, blankets, blocks and pillows to enhance your comfort. Poses are held for 2-7 minutes and invite students to shift from an active, yang energy, to a restful, contemplative state of being. Quartz Crystal Singing bowls and other instruments (chimes, hand pan drum, etc.) are played during savasana.
This class is open to all levels.
Healing our Nervous System and Restoring Balance

This revolutionary method recognizes that stress is predominantly experienced, stored, and relived through the body, emphasizing the importance of healing at the somatic level.
This unique class combines breathing techniques, integrative somatic techniques from the lineage of Hannah somatics, yoga asanas, guided meditation, as well as restorative postures. You will also have the opportunity to safely discharge trapped energy and restore balance to your nervous system. By tapping into the body’s natural ability to heal you can improve resilience, reconnect with your body, and find balance within yourself.
Slow Flow for Strength is a vinyasa practice that embraces a deliberate pace. This meditative flow extends pose durations and eases transitions, facilitating heightened precision in alignment and an enriched personal connection with each posture.
Students can expect a smooth flow of control-focused poses designed to build strength while also working with mobility. The slower pace can benefit even the most-seasoned practitioners by offering strength-building and the opportunity to explore techniques in more detail and allow for a deeper experience.
This class is open to all levels of experience and modifications will be offered to accommodate individual practices.
Tai Chi/Qigong Gentle Flow consists of gentle stretches and graceful movements developed from the ancient Chinese methods of Tai Chi and Qigong. Movements are slow, circular, and performed from a stationary posture. This practice is low-impact but still highly aerobic.
Tai Chi/Qigong Gentle Flow is a great way to introduce gentle exercise to your daily routine through movement and storytelling. Slow, rhythmic movements offer a myriad of benefits, including improved balance and posture, higher blood oxygen levels and better circulation, lower blood pressure, greater muscle strength and flexibility, better brain health, enhanced immune system, and improved energy levels.
This class is beginner-friendly and prior experience is not necessary.
A dynamic, “flowing” style of yoga that connects movement with breath. Often called simply Vinyasa, it is an energetic yet graceful practice that leads students through a sequence of poses that strengthens and lengthens the body.
Vinyasa emphasizes fluid, conscious movement as students move with the breath from one posture to the next for a dynamic and transformative practice.
This is a non heated class. Prior experience is recommended but not required.
Vinyasa Multi-Level Flow is an energetic yet mindful, vinyasa-based class designed to open the body and cultivate strength. This dynamic, graceful practice leads students through a sequence of poses that strengthens and lengthens the body while emphasizing body awareness. Practitioners can expect sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, core work, and seated postures.
This class is open to all levels of experience, but a familiarity with basic yoga may be helpful. Appropriate modifications will be provided to meet individual needs.
Yoga Sculpt combines traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training using light hand weights. This energetic workout is designed to leave you feeling stronger, refreshed, and uplifted while toning muscles and creating a full body workout. This class is gently heated to 80-82 degrees.
All levels of experience are welcome and modifications will be offered.
