Studio Ettiquete in the Practice Room

Studio Ettiquete in the Practice Room

At Body Balance, we believe in fostering a harmonious and respectful environment for all our members to thrive. To ensure that everyone can fully enjoy their practice and experience the tranquility of our studio, we kindly ask for your cooperation in observing one of the most important rules of etiquette.

The time before class starts is when people get settled into the yoga room as they transition from being in the outside world. For some students, these might be the only quiet moments they have for themselves all day and some may even use this time to meditate.

We ask that you please enter the practice room quietly, get settled in and refrain from talking to others before the class starts.  If you need to have a conversation with a friend, you can step out to the lobby or you are welcome to use our beautiful small studio to have a conversation.

While in the practice room please be mindful of your movements, both on and off the mat, to minimize disruptions for fellow practitioners. If you need to leave the room during class, please do so quietly and with minimal disturbance.

Respect for Others: Embrace inclusivity and kindness towards all members of our community. Let’s uplift and support each other on our individual wellness journeys, fostering a culture of acceptance and positivity.

Thank you for your cooperation in upholding these studio etiquette guidelines. Together, we create a nurturing space where everyone can find peace, connection, and growth through their practice.
