Studio Class Announcement

We want to let you know about our new classes and the adjustments to two of our evening class start times to better accommodate your schedules. With longer days, we’re shifting some class times and are adding two new 45-minute express class options for those looking for a time efficient and workout at the end of their day.

  1. First starting next Tuesday, April 2nd at 5pm, we are starting a New “Mindful Express Flow” class with Shaye.  After a long day, this 45-minute class is a perfect way to unwind and relax. Mindful Express Flow is a gentle and reflective flow with a strong focus connecting breath and movement to stay present and centered.  This class is open to all levels of experience and modifications will be offered to accommodate individual practices.
  2. Also starting Next Tuesday, April 2nd, we will be moving back the start time of the 6pm, Hot 26 Fusion to start at 6:15.
  3. Then, starting next Wednesday, April 3rd at 5pm, we are starting a New “Core Pilates Express” class with Robin. This is a shorter version of our 4:30 Pilates class, with a later start time to accommodate more of our member. This class is based on the fundamental principles of Pilates, including focused breathing, precise postural alignment, enhanced flexibility. This class integrates a series of invigorating movements aimed at strengthening and elongating your muscles while prioritizing core stability and mobility. This class is open to all levels of experience and modifications will be offered to accommodate individual practices.
  4. Also starting next Wednesday, April 3rd, we will be pushing back the start time for the 6pm Candlelight Hot 26 with Katherine to start at 6:15pm.
  5. Then, starting next Wednesday, April 3rd we are changing the start time of our Thursday morning Yoga Sculpt class with Irene to start at 8am.
