Vinyasa Deconstructed Workshop Series Part 1

Vinyasa Deconstructed Workshop Series Part 1

Saturday, March 23rd at 8:30 am with Jessica

The Vinyasa Deconstructed Workshop Series will breakdown the poses that are most likely to lead to repetitive stress injuries and explain how we can practice smart alignment to support a strong, sustainable practice.

This series consists of three workshops on the following dates:

Shoulders + Self-Awareness – Saturday, March 23, 8:30 am – 10:15 am
Hips & Hamstrings + Self-Compassion – Saturday, April 20, 8:30 am – 10:15 am
Spine & Posterior Body + Self-Regulation – Saturday, May 18, 8:30 am – 10:15 am

The first workshop in this series addresses shoulder stability and takes place on Saturday, March 23. The shoulders are vulnerable to injury in vinyasa, so reinforcing stability and smart alignment is critical to maintaining a safely aligned and sustainable vinyasa practice. This workshop will focus primarily on shoulder alignment in common vinyasa poses and transitions, plus offer variations and strengthening tips to reinforce stability.

Expect a well-rounded vinyasa practice with plenty of time for breaking down poses including chaturanga and hop-backs. We’ll incorporate self-awareness throughout the practice with time for self-reflection at the end.

This workshop is limited to 15 people to ensure personal attention. Register for this workshop for $50 or register for all three workshops for $125.
