Friends and Family Week at Body Balance Yoga & Fitness
We will top off the week with 2 special “Family Yoga” classes on Saturday, May 14th.
These classes will be free and open to the public.
So what ages are we talking about when we say Family Yoga? Well, that is a good question and the answer is that it depends. As a general guideline we would say ages 12 and up, but it really depends on the child and their interest in practicing yoga and/or whether they have previous yoga experience. We will rely on your judgement if you want to bring your child into a 60-minute class, but don’t worry too much because these will be fun and easy-going classes!
