Our class offerings include Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hot Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Tai Chi/Qigong.
For those of you who are already members, this is a great time to invite your friends and family to come visit the studio.
We appreciate your support and hope that you will bring guests to visit us.

Workshop: Yoga for Stress Relief & Intro to Meditation
Would you like less stress in your life? Have you tried meditation but struggled with it? If so then this workshop is for you!
Join us on Saturday, October 23 from 11am-12:30pm for this special workshop with Jessica Ruff.
The proven benefits of a regular yoga and meditation practice are numerous and include the reduction of stress, anxiety and depression.
The first part of the workshop will be dedicated to a slow vinyasa-style yoga practice that will gently move and open the body;
this will be followed by a guided and silent meditation that will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
You’ll walk away from this workshop armed with relaxing poses and meditation techniques to incorporate into your daily routine.
The workshop is accessible to all levels and no prior experience is necessary. Space is limited and advanced registration is required; the cost is $35 per person.
A Few Class Time Changes
We strive to make our class schedule work for our members and are always open to your suggestions.
Based on feedback from members, we are changing the start times for the following 3 classes effective October 19th.

Please sign-up for classes as soon in advance as you possibly can!
We love walk-ins, but signing-up in advance helps the studio and instructors plan and avoid class cancellations.
