This workshop will begin with a slow flow yoga practice that will gently move and open the body. Accessible to all levels of practice, this practice will relieve tension and reduce stress. Pranayama (breath work) will be incorporated to calm the body and mind.

You’ll walk away from this practice armed with poses you can incorporate into your daily life to reduce stress. When we find ourselves short on time or at the end of a long day, knowing which poses will soothe the body and mind can help us find balance and ease.

This workshop will end with a guided meditation and silent meditation. If you’ve never meditated before or if you’ve struggled with meditation, this workshop is for you. Don’t worry if you think you can’t sit still or you’re not sure what to do about racing thoughts, you’ll walk away with techniques that will help you establish a regular meditation practice.
