We continue to maintain strict cleaning protocols and limit class size to 12 people.
We will consider reducing class size and re-instituting masks in the future if needed.
If you have concerns about practicing in the studio, please don’t hesitate to speak to us.
If you prefer to practice in small classes, we can recommend classes that tend to be smaller groups.
Private and semi-private sessions are also available as an alternative to group classes.
Yoga and mindfulness practices are more important now than ever, for all of us.
We are here to support you and want you to be comfortable at Body Balance,
so please let us know how we can meet you where you are.
