Good News at Last

COVID Vaccine Update: According to the Virginia Department of Health, approximately 45% of Virginians have received one dose of the vaccine and the numbers for James City County are even higher with 54.2% having had the first dose. We hope there will be a loosening of restrictions soon and have plans to expand class schedule.

Upcoming Event

Mark your calendar for June 5th – Paddle Round the Island Race

Body Balance is sponsoring the first annual Paddle Round the Island Race on Saturday, June 5th presented by Paddle On of Williamsburg. The race will be held at Chickahominy Riverfront Park and the proceeds will benefit the Tidewater Wildlife Rescue, click here for more information.
