Workshop on January 23, 2021: Back to Basics Vinyasa Workshop with Jessica

This workshop is designed for those new to vinyasa as well as seasoned practitioners looking to refine their skills. We’ll take a close look at the finer details of vinyasa we don’t often have time to address in a 60-minute class. With a focus on technique and proper alignment, we will breakdown common vinyasa poses and transitions.
This will include down dog, plank, chaturanga, lunges, warrior poses, and more. We’ll also cover breathing practices, safe modifications, the use of props, and honoring body awareness. Questions and interaction are encouraged, so attendees can count on personalized feedback to support their practice.
