Just 5–6 minutes a day to listen to a guided meditation and reconnect with yourself. You’ll join a private online group, a Welcome Zoom Gathering, and a Wrap-Up Call to close the month in mindfulness. This journey is open to everyone and is 100% online. Start the new year grounded, calm, and connected — embracing the rhythm that winter teaches: slow, steady, and full of grace.
