Join us for a focused 6-week small group series designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and enhance balance. Feel stronger in your regular yoga practice get more support, and build connections. Using light weights, resistance bands, etc, each session will target key muscle groups to improve posture, stability, and functional movement all within a mindful, yoga-informed framework.
