Slow down and de-stress at this special event with a Yoga Nidra practice, which is a guided meditation. This is a practice of relaxation and this type of yoga practice works on the central nervous system. The goal is to stay awake during this restful time to train the brain to shift from a state of activity to a state of recovery and rest without falling asleep.

Yoga Nidra is a beautiful guided meditation that heals the body between both wakeful and sleep states. Expect a space to rest and relax, and encouragement to explore the relationship of self, using both the breath and body scans.

Knowing there is no wrong way to practice Yoga Nidra, we allow ourselves to take a deeper exploratory practice into the world inside. Enjoy a reset to the nervous system, sleep deprivation is lessened due to the activation and healing of brain wave activity, and having the ability to return to this state daily, healing so much more.
