Strengthen, tone, and center yourself this season! Over six weeks, you’ll work with the principles of Pilates that has a strong focus on the core to help you build strength, stability, and balance. Through controlled, low-impact movements, you’ll improve posture, flexibility, and confidence—just in time for the holidays.
Expect to use props like bands, blocks, or light weights to add variety and support. Modifications will be offered for all levels, making this series both beginner-friendly and a great challenge for seasoned movers. Only 8 spots available, so you’ll receive personalized instruction in a fun, welcoming and no judgement environment.
