Are you a runner, cyclist, or athlete of another sport? This workshop is perfect for you! Join Jessica on Saturday, September 9th from 9-10:45 am for a fluid, dynamic practice that will help lengthen muscle groups that tend to be overworked in running, followed by strengthening practices that help stabilize the areas that are often weak in runners.

Open to athletes and yoga practitioners of all levels – prior yoga experience is not required!
