Nurturing Yourself with Yoga Workshop
On Saturday, March 18th from 1pm to 3pm for a rejuvenating and empowering experience at our Nurturing Yourself with Yoga Workshop, hosted by the knowledgeable and experienced Amanda Jackson.

This workshop is designed to help students deepen their understanding of how to bring a gentle touch to any yoga class. Amanda will share tips and techniques for making your yoga practice a serious act of self-care, both on and off the mat. You’ll learn how to approach yoga poses with compassion and without judgement, allowing you to handle challenges that may arise during your practice.
In addition to a 75-minute practice, which will focus on finding balance and understanding boundaries in yoga class, there will be plenty of time for Q&A and discussion. To wrap up the workshop, Amanda will provide tea for participants to enjoy while reflecting on their experiences.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner. Space is limited, so advanced registration is required. The cost is $40 per person, but if you’re a Body Balance auto-renewal or annual member, you’ll receive a discounted rate of $30.
