New Workshop Series to Get Your Yoga On!
Starting October 20th, Amanda Jackson RYT-200 will be leading an exciting new series called “Work-In Yoga: Jumpstarting Your Practice”!

With eight semi-private classes and one private lesson, this is a great opportunity to reignite your passion for yoga
and get back to your roots! Whether you are new to yoga or have been away from your practice for a while, your
practice will benefit by getting back to basics and building your practice from the ground up.
The 60-minute semi-private classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings as follows:
* First meeting is Thursday October 20
* Week One: Tuesday October 25 & Thursday October 27
* Week Two: Tuesday November 1 & Thursday November 3
* Week Three: Tuesday November 8 & November 10
* Week Four: Private Lesson & Tuesday November 15
(all classes times are 7:15pm – 8:15pm)
Your 60-minute private lesson can be scheduled any time after the first week, make ups will be Monday/Wednesday 10am or Saturday 8am.
In this small group setting, you will receive personalize instruction to help build a practice that works for your body, understand what modifications you need and how to best use props. There will be open communications throughout the class and questions are encouraged!
Cost is $279/person, $249 for Body Balance annual and auto-renewal members.
