New Class! Tai Chi/Qigong Gentle Flow, Wednesday 12pm
We are excited to add Tai Chi/ Qigong (pronounced CHEE-gung) Gentle Flow to the schedule on Wednesdays at 12pm beginning in April. Led by Richard Tate, this class consists of gentle stretches and graceful movements developed from the ancient Chinese traditions of Tai Chi and Qigong. Movements are slow, circular, and performed from a stationary posture. This practice is low impact but still highly aerobic and accessible to everyone.
