Happy New Year from Body Balance

On behalf of everyone at Body Balance, I would like to thank each and every one of you for your support over the past nine months. As a community, we have come together to overcome challenges that we could never have even imagined a year ago. While we look forward to 2021 with hope, we acknowledge that it is your support that has made it possible for us to move forward and continue to serve our beloved community. New Manduka Mats in Stock
The new Manduka mats are here! In addition to new colors and styles, we now have long and extra long mats and a GRP style mat that is specifically designed for Hot Yoga. For more information on mat styles and options, please go to www.manduka.com or come to the studio and talk to one of our staff members.

After a few days of using my new mat, I was more able to stay with the flow of the class because my overall stability was better and I didn’t need to focus on keeping my balance. If you haven’t used a high quality (non-Walmart) mat before, it is worth asking to use one of the studio’s rental/test mats. You wouldn’t be disappointed and you will never want to go back…”
