Please arrive 5 mins prior to the start of class. Late comers will not be guaranteed a spot. Once class has begun there will be no admittance allowed. Thank you for you understanding.
REMOVE shoes entering the studio
Begin to prepare yourself with clean feet and scent free. Please refrain from heavy perfumes and lotions in the practice room.
TURN OFF all electronics before class
Store MOBILES, KEYS, PERSONAL ITEMS into the cubbies.
Step only with water bottle and towel on to your mat.
Thank you for honoring this sacred space.
ENTER AND SETTLE DOWN QUIETLY
Do not slam your mat on the floor and create a stir. Respect the silence in the practice room.
RESPECT YOUR TEACHER
Comes in many forms
Do not do your own series in the middle of a guided class if you are bored or uninterested in the pose.
PRACTICE THE SEVEN ATTITUDES OF MINDFULNESS:
Beginner’s Mind, Non-Striving, Non-judgement, Acceptance, Patience, Letting go and Trust.
STAY DURING SAVASANA
Take the time to rest as dedication to your practice.
If you are tempted to scoop out – resist it. This last pose seals your practice and prepares you for the next phase. I f you “must” leave, do so before Savasana.
THANK THE TEACHER
Take a moment to thank you teacher before you leave.
CLEAN UP YOUR AREA
If you retained a mat from the Studio, wipe it down.
If you create a puddle of sweat, wipe it up with your towel.
Leave things better before you came in.
