Body Balance Studio offers several Yoga classes taught in a multi-level format with safe modifications and is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. The Yoga sessions teach traditional yoga principles and techniques to provide a complete workout for the mind and body.
The Yoga workouts combine deep breathing, stretching, strength & balance, cardiovascular exercise and a meditation/"cool down" session.
Pilates is a system of over 500 controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. It is a balanced blend of strength and flexibility training that improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking under the careful supervision of a certified Pilates instructor, either one-on-one or in small group sessions.
