Body Balance Studio offers all levels of students a wide variety of Hatha Yoga styles to fit their individual needs, including Vinyasa, PreNatal, Pilates, Yoga & Pilates Combination, and Kettlebells. In addition to our regular classes 7-days a week, we offer workshops, on-site classes and weekly meditation and massages.

Classes for All Levels Yoga and Pilates are fitness disciplines both of which focus on the connection between mind, body, and breath. The practices systematically stretch and strengthen muscles throughout the body, increase circulation to internal organs and glands, quiet the nervous system, and improve concentration. Yoga and Pilates bring vitality, health, deep relaxation, and peace of mind.

Yoga

Body Balance Studio offers several Yoga classes taught in a multi-level format with safe modifications and is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. The Yoga sessions teach traditional yoga principles and techniques to provide a complete workout for the mind and body.

The Yoga workouts combine deep breathing, stretching, strength & balance, cardiovascular exercise and a meditation/"cool down" session.

Pilates

Pilates is a system of over 500 controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. It is a balanced blend of strength and flexibility training that improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking under the careful supervision of a certified Pilates instructor, either one-on-one or in small group sessions.

Our highly trained Pilates specialists who know how to tailor a program to meet individual needs and abilities, monitoring movements to ensure correct form for optimum results.

Learn the foundation to Vinyasa flow. Focus will be on building a strong flow through sun salutaions and warrior sequencing. Followed by a Vinyasa class at 9:30 am. Workshop attendees will receive the 9:30 am vinyasa class for FREE too.
